Anderson Wilcox is a vertically integrated firm: development, construction, and property management under one roof. We invest for permanence, not flips. Every project is built to outlast the people who built it. That long-term stewardship has produced more than 3,000 residential units and 3.5 million square feet of commercial space across Connecticut, and it's how we still measure success today.
Bud started Anderson Wilcox in 1959 with a single Branford subdivision and a conviction that buildings should outlast their builders. Over four decades he grew it into a regional firm handling development, construction, and management under one roof and laid the groundwork for the company his family carries forward today.
