What began in 1959 with Bud Anderson's first project in Branford has grown into a multi-generational commitment to Connecticut's communities. Today, Anderson Wilcox carries that legacy forward, combining decades of hands-on experience with fresh thinking about the future of real estate and development.
Doug Anderson has led Anderson Wilcox since 1990 after completing education at Roger Williams University in Finance. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a respected regional real estate, construction, and development organization with a strong portfolio across Connecticut and beyond. With decades of experience in commercial and residential development, property management, and construction, Doug brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project. A lifelong Guilford resident, he is deeply committed to responsible development, long-term value creation, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, partners, and the local community.
